Tom Volkmann brings 25 years as a practicing commercial and real estate attorney to the Company’s brokerage team.  Tom’s practice began with a large regional firm in Phoenix, Arizona, before he moved to Grand Junction in 1988, where he has actively practiced law since.  His practice has included real estate finance and securities, commercial and residential real estate development, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, and general commercial contract negotiation and drafting. His experience in representing and advising business owners, and both purchasers and sellers in business sales and acquisitions ranging in value from $50,000 to $10,000,000, enable him to provide practical and result oriented brokerage services to our clients.  Tom graduated from the University of Arizona, Tucson, Arizona, in 1978 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, and his law degree from Hastings College of the Law, University of California, San Francisco, California, in 1981.
